The page passed every automated check Lighthouse ran, but it may still have serious problems
Lighthouse runs a set of automated axe checks and scores how many passed. A 100 means none of those checks failed. Lighthouse itself lists items to check by hand, because many problems can't be detected automatically, such as bad focus order or useless alt text.
"The page meets WCAG 2.2 AA" is the tempting wrong answer. Conformance needs every success criterion checked, and most need a human. It is possible to build a page that scores 100 and that no keyboard user can operate.
