With output: "export" in next.config, which of these still works?

The Client Component that fetches from an external API is correct. Client-side fetching runs in the browser, so it works as usual. A static export is just files on a static host, with no server behind them. So the other options are wrong: nothing can run a Server Action, read request cookies, or regenerate pages with ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration).
