Which pattern turns a request into a standalone object, so it can be queued, logged, retried or undone?

Command wraps an action and its parameters in an object. That is why job payloads on a queue and CreateOrderCommand handlers fit it. "Strategy" also wraps behaviour in an object. But its purpose is to swap algorithms, not to represent a request that runs later.
